.... in the Summertime?
We live it up!
Actually, two of the pictures were not taken in the Summer at all. Dead of Winter - January during Carlsbad Half Marathon weekend. Do I need anymore reason why SoCal is ALL I need?
The other pix were from our recent trip.
We live it to the fullest each Summer. Never enough time each day. Yesterday for example - 2 mile run for the Runner Dudes, Hike for all of us, Playtime in the Park, Visit Bass Pro Shop to see the Fish (free Aquarium), Mickey D's, BBQ, walk Husky Puppy, and 6.5 mile run for me. All while we enjoyed our first official Triple digit heat day. At least according to our backyard - 101.
Today, Husky Puppy walk done. Breakfast. Off to the Free movie of the week at our favorite local Movie spot. Lunch at CPK and books at Borders.
Run? Last night, late Moonlight Run for 6.5 miles. Temp was only 89 at 10:PM so I was off. Tried out the Endurolyte Fizz tablets. They seemed to do the trick in my handheld. Yet, I could do without the Alka Seltzer type taste. Pretty smooth run considering I was pretty tired before I left and most of the run itself. But, - I got it in! Today, rest day. Tomorrow, HILLS!! Yippee!!! We should be back in the upper 90's by then.

Aw, thanks for the shout-out. :) I have a lot of time to do things right now since I'm not working, and I'm trying to take advantage of it. My legs may just be wishing I was still teaching and all they had to do was stand all day.
Sigh...your California pictures...my husband and 16 year old are there now. Me? I got to get up at 3 this morning to drive them to the airport in a horrendous thunderstorm.
You guys are definitely fitting a lot into your days. Great memories being made! :)
