Thanks for Blogging Friends

Something more coming soon.

Yet, a quick thanks for all who posted comments of late. Great to know the Running Community of Bloggers are still happy and cheerful. I will try to get caught up on my blog roll reading this weekend.

Nope on the San Diego Petco Park Half Marathon. Just could not make it happen. With Soccer games the day before, and getting over the cruds for us all - not much more could have been done. It would have been a long drive with a late evening arrival, sick kiddos, early AM run (after we turn the clocks ahead), run a race, then drive back home. Oh well - maybe next year for this one. This means I might just need to do San Diego Rock and Roll again. Need to get my "Worlds Finest City" fix.

Soccer? Great win for our girls. Not a good loss for the opposing team. Oh well, I am sure the roles will be reversed some day. I was happy to see new players blend right in with veterans of the team - then hit the mark like they were the Veterans. Fun game.

Running? A bit inconsistent in the mileage. Yet, for the most part 4-5 runs a week average. Tomorrow, early evening game for my girls, and mid day game for the boys. So, an early AM long run is being planned.

NO St. Patty's Day run this year! :( Don't quite have the turnaround time to do our local HM. Oh well, we do what we can do. Need to find an April race though. Cannot have two months in a row without race.

Have a Happy St. Patty's Day! Kiss ME! I am definitely Irish!

Hey, this one showed up in my feed!

Sorry you missed out on San Diego, but it was sounding like it could go that way. Glad to hear the new players fit right in like you thought they would. Gotta enjoy those wins when they're for your side! :)

Happy St. Pat's day!

No St Paddy's race for me, just didn't have the time, so I understand. No green beer for me this year either and I always manage to have a green beer. Next year both are on my list!

Way to go to the girls' team!
