"It's Better to Travel"

"I have to admit it is getting better. Better all the time."
- John and Paul (okay it sounds more like a Paul one).

"You Better, you Better you Bet."

Not a miraculous cure - hardly that. Yet, BETTER today. Especially THIS morning than yesterday AM. Okay, I did put the splint back on. I did use the crutches when I needed too. The splint was off for a few hours, and I realized - hmmm - my foot feels better when the splint is keeping my foot flexed. I did take it off in the middle of the night though. It was hurting in a different way.

I can walk more than hobble, yet I am still keeping the crutches handy for a day longer. Just not sure how I am going to coach a Soccer game with them though? :) Appointment with Doc on Wednesday. At least, I have a BETTER diagnosis of what is going on with this chronic issue from the ER Doc.

SOMETHING COMPLETELY DIFFERENT

It's BETTER to Travel. Anyone care to argue with that? I am a traveller. Someone tried to tell me I was wrong for being this way. Not sure why? Seriously - WHY?

I have some favorite travels. I have some favorite countries, cities, scenic locales, wonders of the world and modes of travel. Where ever I have travelled - I run, walk or hike for lengths of time. Want to know a people, place or thing BETTER - get out on your feet and see it.

What is your - "It's Better to Travel" place. Did you travel it. Did you get to know it BETTER. Did you run, walk or hike it.

What's your favorite traveled to locale which you have run. Not just a race. Not talking about that. I am talking about that place you travelled too, and said I really need a run this AM or PM, and it became something special - BETTER.

Cheers!

I don't know, honestly. I haven't run in that many different places but I love running in new places.

That run in Indonesia looks amazing.

Hmmmmm...loved Kelowna in BC - they have AMAZING running paths. The one time I enjoyed a treadmill was on a cruise ship in 2008, as it pulled away from the Cayman Islands. Amazing views...Norway was also fun. I especially enjoyed Bergen.

I like to travel too. I am not sure if I like travel races so much, but I like to travel. Indonesia would be nice right now!

Haven't been to many exotic places, but would love to see Italy, greece, Viet Nam, Actually... the only places not that interesting to me are the polar regions. =D

Hope your visit to the Dr. is helpful!
