One she is having made into a certificate for framing and this one she picked for the Blog. I have no idea why since San Diego RR HM is going down as my least favorite event.
She seems to think I have a calm look of determination near the finish. Even though she could tell I was hurting and limping. Actually, I finally took my racing cap off and was thinking about lunch in Old Town at this point (mmm... seafood enchiladas). :)
So, here it is my first released race pix. I still don't think it is the best shot, but since she is training/running right now and I am not - she has all power (as if she doesn't always). Yes, Meg she is thinking about blogging about her training. Actually, I think she is just going to take over this one.
Cheers!

I like it!!! You look very determined. Maybe it was determination to finish so you could inhale seafood enchiladas, but nevertheless, you're determined!!! Nice job, Slomo!! :)
Hey, hey...great race photo!!! I thought I was stalking Jason Alexander for a moment. JK, I'm sure you hear that all the time?!? Are you carrying a hat? Just asking.
I'm pitching an idea: how about you and wife team up(I think this was your idea last summer)and every-other-day a blog? Or something to that effect.
No, you won't be alone at SF or LB, ever.
**Ok, enough slacking off, I need to get back to report cards. That's the boring part about teaching :O !
It's about time that we get some photos - now keep them rolling! Never tried seafood enchiladas but I'm gathering they are fulfilling after a hard run?
I think it's a super photo! I always think about what I am going to eat too! Helps me get to the end. Cheers Slomo!
What a great photo Slomohusky! If I had one like that I'd be purchasing for sure!
Hi Slomo! I'm catching up on all of my fave blogs (again!). I love the race pic, but I must tell you, you remind me of that guy on Seinfield in the pic! Tehe!
I'm sorry that your RnR San Diego didn't go as well as you expected, but sounds like it was a great time for family and meeting blogger friends!
Really sweet what your wife is doing with your race photos! About the vit D, because my vit D number was 33 and my doctor wants to see it at 70, she'd like me to take more vit D. That's all there is to it - not much! Hope you feel up to running again soon, after a good rest!
yay for race photos! I like it! Although any look of dreamy seafood/mexican food will do the trick for my amusement. :)
Great Pic! i would love to hear about your wife's training : )
I really love your new photo Slomo:) Also, so nice to see so many great pictures of the kids!
