This weekend our Fun Friday has me wishing I was not home. Kinda wish I was here this weekend -
Or, here for some fresh seafood and mango with mischievous chattering monkey's hoping about -
Actually, maybe eating some Calamari, or any other heavenly Greek dish here -
Actually, I am not picky. Eating some trail mix and backpack/campfire cuisine at any of these locations would be pretty swell as well -
Yet, here I am. In the fabulous Las Vegas Valley. Which given, has been just at 80 degrees or less the last 3 days - no complaints. Also, another day of Soccer awaits. Nothing says Spring Saturdays to me of late than Soccer on natural green grass.
Oh, yeah. How could I forget I will be running as well. Wow, what a difference a few days makes. Today, ZERO. I mean ZILCH - nothing, no pain and the previously injured ankle has never felt so good. Well, within at least the last 2 weeks. To be honest, and oddly enough the non injured one feels tired and stiff compared to the other. Weird, but I will take whatever my 43 old body can give.
As me Mom used to always say - Life is just that, LIFE! Live it!
