... is clear sinuses and to stop coughing. Yeah, I got it again - a Cold. Fits a pattern though. Three of the last four Dec. 25th - sick! I am guessing this explains partially my bad 13 miler that was supposed to be 16 this past Monday.
Well, a Merry Christmas regardless is what we will have. Have not run since Monday. I am taking this Cold as a sign. Recovery is what I need right now. Taking time. Time to soak in Christmas Eve (my favorite night of any year) with my family. Then enjoy Christmas AM all over again through the eyes of my 4 - 10 year olds. Yet, finally, the 10 year old is on to the whole Kris Kringle thing. Who he really or they really are. The others still Believe, but inside I now the 10 year old still wants too as well. So, it is all still young and fun in their eyes.
Not sure when my next run will be? Unless, I stop coughing not tomorrow. Maybe Saturday? Thanks for all the concern, comments and advice on the ammonia/dizzy run. I have been told diet is most likely the issue from most of ya and from those who have the license to tell me so as well. Thanks for all your concern.
Have a Merry Christmas, and may a Running Santa find you with a bag full of all a runner needs.
Cheers!

Merry Christmas to you and your entire family!
And a very Merry Christmas and Happy Holidays to you and your family!
Hope you're able to kick that cold quickly. It's a bummer to be sick on a holiday.
Merry Christmas to you as well! I hope Santa brings you all of your running needs. I also hope that nasty cold goes away!
Well, I am with you . . .
A Merry Messy Kweznuz to you and yours!
Hope you get your wish.
;-)
Enjoy your favorite night with the family and PLEASE rest up! I'm doing the same(yes, I REALLY am)! Hugs to you all and Merry Christmas!
Slomo - Out of curiosity, do you do a live Christmas Tree? K was sick every year at Christmas until we figured that out. And she does not even have allergies. Just a thought.
Thanks happy trails. No live trees in the house. No allergies this time of year for me either. I have a very nasty cold.
