Much better than yesterday. Body feels great. No pain and no grogginess. Better than my Huskies.
UW Huskies Football recruits. The highest rating on Scout.cm I think is 66 nationally and last in the Pac Ten behind the lowly Cougars. Yikes! Sark better be the real deal?
Running today will have to be latter tonight. Felt to good getting actual sleep. Ah as Homer would say ssssllleeeeppp is good Marge. Woke up at the usual time. Need to get kids to Basketball practice and Cub Scouts along with dinner. Will try to get the run in before 9:PM. 4 miles tonight. See how the body feels tomorrow AM?
