First time I have seen this one. A 13.1 sticker on the back of a car. I have noted the 26.2 previous as being a motivator when I see it. 13.1 ... hmm? Does it have the same ring? Anyway, I saw it 5:00 AM while going to see Precor Buddy. Did over 3 miles plus got half my bi-weekly weight training in.
Taking tomorrow off after putting in the 4.4 road work in last night and this AM workout. Need a day of rest. Feeling a twinge in left Achilles area. Don't wont to burn something out there. It is always a concern for me. Not sure why but my calves are the first to tighten if I run too much. Always seems to lead to twinges or eventual pain in the Achilles.
Wondering about some cross training? Swimming or bike? Maybe both. Will see. Time? Sometimes 24 hours in a day is not enough.
