Yet, I do feel a little flat and even a little splat overall. Oh, and I did not fall off the streaking horse. I ran yesterday. I will today. Yet, today maybe only a little 5K. Unless, an afternoon snack of Greek yogurt picks me up for something more. This started last night. I was actually feeling light headed some as well. Heart rate check had me at 54 bpm. Little low for me. Plus, cold! Cold and achy all night even with sweatshirt and blanket watching what-is-a-sure-to-not-last-long new show Alcatraz (yeah, suckered into watching). Better today, but still not feeling too perky.
Forecast - weather is in my sights this day. First, Seattle. I miss my hometown sometimes. Especially, when I hear they have snow in the forecast. Most don't seem to realize two things about Seattle weather. It actually rains less there than NYC most years. Plus, hardly any snow each year. Maybe one snowfall of a few inches that melts 24 hours after falling. Yet, every so often Seattle will finally get some. Trust me, the city will close down and panic over an inch of snow. I read 8 inches is possible today. Have fun Seattle Family and Friends.
Carlsbad/San Diego - RAIN!! My favorite HM looks to have a fun new element this upcoming weekend. Something I wish would stay in Seattle. I go to SD and the Cali Coast not for rain. Lets hope this forecast is all wet.

Running in Carlsbad this weekend? Best wishes! I am surprised that Seattle has less rain than NYC...must be rainy in NYC in the summer :)
