Officially Healthy

Now I love my Doc. Good Report. Nothing wrong. Only thing all the tests found was my Bad Cholesterol is a little high and my Good Cholesterol is little low. Guess what I need to do to get it all in happy balance - exercise! Oh, I certainly don't do that now do I? Also, I need to watch the diet as well. I had been doing much better on that till Seattle this past weekend. Yeah Dicks, Spud and Kid Valley in one weekend not good for a healthy diet.

So, anyway, I have had no irregular heart beat issues of late. All other things the blood tests, urine and stool (yes, stool - what's brown and sounds like bell - stool sample) all showed things happy/healthy. Yippee! I asked her about the OC Half Marathon the first weekend in May. Okay as long as my training puts me in a comfortable position to do it by then. Wow, someone just got on my Favorite Persons list - my Doc. Yeah! I even get to see her again in 6 months to check my Cholesterol. Can't wait.

Last night, indoor run/workout on Precor buddy. I have not seen him in awhile. It was a good ride for 47 minutes. Was able to put in 4.35 miles. It is not real world, however, I know I get my heart rate up higher on it than running. I can fly on it. My aching ankles, knees and weight is somewhat suspended when using it. So, all of this does not fall or hit the ground. If I could only have that pace in my actual runs?

Soccer practise today. First game this Saturday. Hope my little Ladybugs are ready?
